César González was born in 1989 in a poor neighborhood called "Carlos Gardel" at the suburbs of Buenos Aires. He is a prolific filmmaker, writer, and visual artist. He’s been raised among addictions and crimes. Between the age of 15 and 16, he was shot by the police, on several occasions. He has four shots in the right leg, and one at the abdomen (the one that almost costed his life). He spent five years in prison, between his 16 and 21 years. In jail he finished his high school studies and began to write poems, and journalistic and literary articles in different workshops. In 2010 he was released from prison and studied Philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Since then, he has become a filmmaker and has been working on his movies.
