Biographie

Born 13th May 1980 in Trenčín. He graduated on Film and TV Faculty of Academy of Musical and Drama Arts, Department of Documentary Film in 2003. Nowadays he is an aspirant to PhD degree in above mentioned department. Almost all his documentaries balance on the narrow line of fiction and documentary film and his highly fictionalised short films compose cynical and ubuesque portraits and paintings.

Chinese or Mongolian?

The French documentary film The Arrivals was screened at the Jihlava IDFF 2010. At the end of the festival, it was selected as the best film of the travelling Doc Alliance Selection, winning the prestigious Doc Alliance Award. After its successful festival tour, the film opens the doors to a place where the clash of civilizations is a daily routine to online spectators as well.
