Metin Akdemir was born on 1983. He was graduated from İstanbul University Radyo TV Cinema programme on 2007. He worked lots of short film, feature film and advertisement film as a art director. He is still a student Gender Studies MBA programme in İstanbul University.

This documentary is on street sellers who sells different kind of things but use same way, their voices. One of them sells cake on street, one of them repairs the quilt on the street, one of them announces the discounts in the market. “I've come and I'm gone” tells that how important human voices is in marketing.





“My work has two strands: the first one deals with direct political images of violence, aggression and protest, mostly in Israeli-Palestinian context. It’s critique of news media, researching the complex, both realistic and surrealistic aspects of these images. The second strand of videos is more abstract and universal, dealing with cognitive, environmental and existential issues,” says the director about his works.
