In the sweltering months of summer, even a glance at water can be pleasant. The melancholy slow rhythm of what used to be the third largest European port is captured in the Bulgarian film Europolis, The Town of the Delta. The documentary films Dubai in Me and We Are Living on the Edge represent two opposites; while the former captures the way the growing city swallows the surrounding ocean, the latter follows the difficulties and joys in the life of Belarusian fishermen. Two more films to give you a sense of real refreshment are the family portrait Irenka shot at a perfectly clean pool and a Brazilian film which reveals its magic already in its title; I Travel because I Have to, I Come Back because I Love.
