The Terezín Fortress, a Jewish ghetto during WWII, is visited by 240,000 tourists a year. „In den Teichen schwimen leichen“. A brief stop on the way between magical Prague and the Karlštejn castle. Others changed for the transport to Auschwitz here a short time ago. Enjoy yourself. Cut glass as a souvenir: Dachau, Mauthausen, Buchenwald, Ravensbruck. Nutrias, grass snakes, birds are at home here. Arbeit macht frei.
