In the south of Hungary, close to the river Danube, Edith Festö has her hairdressing salon; there she has been working for more than 55 years. The women of the village still leave the salon with always the same permanent wave. Lately, Edith lost most of her eyesight. Even now, she’s not being able to see very well, there's no day that goes by with an empty Salon. The film is about the author's journey back to her roots and back to her grandmother. During the film she's in search of childhood memories, while the viewer gets defined look at the almost timeless world of her grandmother. The sensitive insight describes how hard everyday life is, coping with the increasing difficulties of aging.

Although the protagonists of The Shutka Book of Records, The Mosquito Problem and Bahtalo! are rather poor, do not expect a heavy social drama. One can only live merrily without money! From May 14, you can watch the three films for free for a whole week.
