Pyramids / Skunk is a double episode in the Hotel Diaries series. Made over six years in the hotels of six different countries, the works in the series relate personal experiences to contemporary conflicts in the Middle East. Playing upon chance and co-incidence, hotel rooms are employed as 'found' film sets, where the architecture, furnishing and decoration become the means by which the filmmaker’s small adventures are linked to major world events.
