Mays is 22 years old, lives in occupied Palestine and works at the Palestinian Circus School. She is planning a life together with her Swedish boyfriend, Caspar and she intends to study at the University of Stockholm. However, the road from dream to reality is not easy. Mays is juggling between her family’s expectations and Swedish bureaucracy.

The documentary film "FROM PALESTINE WITH LOVE" by director Camilla Magid and Mahasen Nasser-Eldin is in competition at Odense International Film Festival, August 2011, Meetings of World Cinema in France, October 2011, and Camerimage in Poland, November 2011.

A documentary film about army cooks and how the everyday needs of thousands of armed stomachs affect the victories and defeats of statesmen. About the field kitchen as a model of a world where food preparation becomes a fight strategy; a fight for great ideals standing on strong legs of the kitchen table. The film is based on eleven recipes of the cooks since the Second World War till the war in Tchechenia; from France through the Balkans to Russia.
