A post-war film encouraging the renewal of the working process in North Bohemian textile factories, earlier employing primarily workers of German origin. Besides a recruitment gesture, the film also presents a demonstration of the production processes of various types of fabric, ranging from silk to terry cloth. Director Jiří Lehovec made use of footage he had already made during the occupation for his films Miltex and Smiling Work, both of which promoted the textile factory Mautner Textilwerke in Náchod. The new film differed only by several added sequences, editing and naturally the voice-over which gave a completely different meaning to the images.
