SHORT JOY // This black and white video essay creates a parallel between the sedimentation and transformation of inorganic substances and the migration of civilization throughout history. Using the example of social arrangements created by the interconnection of different peoples in the past, the filmmaker proposes an alternative reframing of the current discourse on migration.
