The prominent Czech doctor Jaroslav Skála is the godfather of Czech alcohol detoxification treatment. He founded the Prague alcohol clinic at U Apolináře, as well as the first sobering-up station in the world. He was the head of the institution for 34 years. He bacame famous for his strict system of treatment, which he called PRS - programme, regime, system. Even today, in his late eighties, he is professionally active. The film aslo features Skála's colleague and associate, doctor Arnoštka Maťová.
