Former Czech Prime Minister (February 6, 1990 – July 2, 1992) Petr Pithart was the chief of the Czech government shortly after the revolution when the country was still a federation. As a former Prime Minister, he looks back on some of the crucial decisions made during his term. The film revises his image as an impractical intellectual incapable of rational decisions, raising the question whether Petr Pithart is perhaps not one of the unjustly overlooked great figures of Czech politics.
