Jessica Wan-yu LIN was born in Taipei in 1984. She is an independent filmmaker engaging in art documentaries and video design. She often collaborates with sound artists, choreographers and theater workers. She is particularly concerned about minority arts and culture. TPE-Tics is her first feature-length documentary.
