Véronique Aubouy directed first short films among which The Silence of Summer, selected in Cannes Festival 1993, Un certain regard. Her first movie picture Je suis Annemarie Schwarzenbach was presented in Berlin Panorama 2015. Since October 1993, she films people from all origines, in all possible locations and in time, reading each two pages of "In search of past time", from the first pages of the book to its end. The film Proust Lu, which is today 132 hours long, includes more than 1300 readers, should be completed by 2050. Shown in galeries and museums.
