Iris Grob (1991) graduated as a documentary filmmaker from the Utrecht School of Arts and has a degree in Documentary & Features from the University of the West of England. The way society relates to nature is an important theme in her films. Iris previously worked for nature cinema production The New Wilderness, and worked for different Dutch nature TV programmes like Early Birds (Vroege Vogels BNNVARA) and Wilderness under Water (Wildernis onder water EO). Her youth documentary Young Hunters was screened at i.a. Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen, Cinekid, CPH Buster, en Kuki Festival. Currently, Iris is developing her short film Bulldog of Burnout. Also, she works for Jeugdjournaal (NOS), a news programme targeted at children.
