Pablo Escoto was born in Mexico City. His work, done in collaboration with Salvador Amores and Jesús Núñez, has shown in centers such as Anthology Film Archives (NY), Arsenal (Berlin) and festivals like FICValdivia, FICCI, Split Festival of New Film and FICUNAM, where Ruinas tu reino received the Puma de Plata award for best Mexican film.
