Tereza graduated from the Screenwriting and Dramaturgy department at JAMU in Brno and from the Center for Audiovisual studies at FAMU in Prague and also attended an internship at the Filmakademie Wien. Her video installation In the Same Breath was selected as one the finalists for the competition section of PAF 2015 - Festival of Film Animation and Contemporary Art, Olomouc, Czech republic and received the main prize for experimental film, at the International Student Film Festival "Zlatý voči" 2016, Prague. Between 2015 - 2020 she was a leader of a Film workshop for senior citizens in the non-profit organisation Inventura that is aimed at supporting and presenting the film work of senior citizens and through that positively changing the perception of older people in society. In the documentary The Imprint in the Mind the topic of care in an old age is reflected through the personal stories of some of the active participants of the film workshop. Tereza worked as a consultant in documentary film development in the Czech Television and a radio writer and director in the Czech Public Radio.
