Hernán Rosselli was born in 1979. He studied at the CIEVYC where he specialized himself in script writing and filmmaking, and in 2002 he entered to ENERC where he specialized in film editing. He also studied philosophy and music. Worked as film editor in documentaries and fiction films. He is the creator and editor of Las Naves, cinema publication, made in collaboration with the German magazine Revolver.
In 2014 he releases Mauro at the International Competition of BAFICI, where he wins the Fipresci (international prize of film critics) and Special Prize from Jury. He participaed at the Festival Internazionale di Roma, Viennale, Festival des Tres continentes de Nantes, Rotterdam International Film Festival, Munich International Film Festival, London Argen- tinian Film Festival, Cali International Film Festival, Festival Filmar de Suiza, Festival de Cine Gerardo Vallejo de Tucumán (Premio PCI y Mejor Ópera Prima) and Festival Inter- nacional de Cosquín (Best Feature Film.) Hernán cooperates as a writer for the semester publications of Revista de Cine, directed by Rafael Fillipeli and Beatriz Sarlo. In April 2018 he releases Casa del Teatro at the official BAFICI competition. Nowadays he is working in his new feature film Hard-Boiled School, produced by Un Puma.
