Director, screenwriter. Graduated from Film School in Łódź. Author of documentaries, TV Theatre Plays and music videos. His student film Nice to See You (Fajnie, że jesteś) won as awrad in the Cinefoundation competition in Cannes (2004). Suicide Room is his full-lenght feature debut for which he received 2012 Polish Eagle (Orły) Award – Discovery of the Year and Hollywood Eagle Award at the Polish Film Festival Los Angeles. In 2015 he received Hollywood Eagle Award for Warsaw 44 His film Corpus Christi (2019), was nominated for the Best International Feature Film at the 92nd Academy Awards..
