Karol Pałka, born in Rabka Zdrój in 1991. Karol is a photographer, cinematographer, film director, academic teacher. He graduated from Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, Wajda School and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He was awarded a PhD in Fine Arts. His works have received numerous awards and have been shown at international exhibitions and festivals. His Feature-Length Documentary "Bucolic" had the World Premiere at Locarno International Film Festival and received the awards at the Millennium Docs Against Gravity, Polish Competition, 2021 (Best Polish Film Award) and DOK Lepizig, International Competition, 2021, (Silver Dove Award).
