Christy Garland is a director of award-winning documentary features, drama & comedy shorts and documentary profiles. She is based in Toronto, but has co‐produced her last three feature documentaries with the Nordic countries, particularly with Final Cut for Real in Denmark. She focuses on compelling, intimate, character‐driven stories that unfold over time, using an observational documentary shooting style.
