Matej Šulc (Slovakia)

Matej Šulc is a Slovak journalist and documentary filmmaker. He was born in 1988 in Košice. He is following topics of human rights and war conflicts. In recent years he covered conflicts in Syria, Iraq and Nagorno-Karabakh. From several trips to Syria and Iraq he created his documentary debut Devil Worshipers about the genocide of the Yazid religious minority.
