Gutierrez MANGANSAKAN II, widely known as Teng MANGANSAKAN, is a queer Muslim writer and filmmaker from southern Philippines. He is one of the leading figures in the Regional Cinema New Wave Movement which seeks to decentralize the practice and aesthetics of cinema from the film center in Manila.
