CHIANG Ying-Ching was born and grew up in Taipei. She holds an MFA in Documentary & Film Archiving from Tainan National University of the Arts, and a BA in Ethnology from National Chengchi University. Now she is a project assistant in National Cheng Kung University Museum. She is a feminist, an observer who enjoys seeing things changing over time, and also, she is a very dedicated rock metal music lover and football fan.
