Shuchi Prasad is an alumni of the Creative Documentary Course at Sri Aurobindo Center for Arts and Communication, Delhi. Her diploma film When I Was Small, was selected at Film SouthAsia 2022, Freiburger Film Forum, Durgapur international film festival, Signs film festival, International film festival Shimla, Film and folklore festival Trinidad and Tobago and won ‘Highest Commendation’ at Asia South East Short Film Festival. Her first feature length Documentary, The Little Book of the Little Man, won the Golden Royal Bengal Tiger Award for Best Documentary Film at the 27th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) in 2022. The film was also screened at Roshd International film festival Iran, and Bangalore international center India. She has worked on several films such as Touch Air by Amit Dutta produced by KNMA for the Venice Architecture Biennale, A Thousand Colours of Jamini Roy'by Amit Dutta produced by Museum of Art and Photography Bangalore, and Four Tales from Book Earth by Debankon Singh Solanky. Shuchi also writes stories on cinema for children in the Hindi magazine, Cycle.
