Trained at the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Art Limoges and Fine Arts in Angouleme, Anne Larricq also went through La Poudrière, school of directors of animated films of Valence. Since 1987, she has also worked in various animation studios, mainly IDDH, Praxinos, La Fabrique and Folimage. Short Film Grand Prix at the National Bruz Festival in 2011 for the film La Douce, she is also the author of the Poor History of Maraud (2006) and Chou (2000). In 2004, she founded her own production company, Les Films à Carreaux, with directors Catherine Buffat, Jean-Luc Gréco and Laurent Pouvaret.
