After high school he studied at the Film School in Zlín, Czech Republic where he made two short films. In 2006, Half past Three a documentary about a Ukrainian village was premiered in cinema theaters. As a director and cameraman he made a number of documents abroad about Angola, Syria, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Cyprus. Several times he filmed the Czech military units in Afghanistan. Recently he was involved in the upcoming documentary film by Radim Spacek Copper Mountain. In the documentary Millwheel of Hana Hegerova he watched the genesis of the latest album of popular Czech singer. Marginally he is devoted to music videos and charity spots (Recovery NGO, Memory of Nation). He writes the script for the feature films and TV series. He writes Czech succesful political sitcom Blanik.
