Ülo Pikkov (Estonia)

Ülo Pikkov (1976) is an Estonian writer, filmmaker, producer and film scholar. He studied animation in Turku, Finland, where he also lectures. He has made several award-winning short films, such as Body Memory (2012) and Tick-Tack (2014), and is also the author of books for children and adults and many articles on film.
