Celia Viada Caso (Madrid, 1991) is a filmmaker and visual anthropologist. She holds a degree in Anthropology and Media from Goldsmiths University in London and a Masters in Creative Documentary at Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona. With her debut feature film La Calle del Agua (2020), she won seven awards. Back Home So Late (2025) is her second feature and was produced by Punto de Vista Film Festival. It won the Award for Best National Film at l’Alternativa Festival of Barcelona 2025 and was nominated to the Doc Alliance Award 2025. She is currently living in Bilbao and making a new film.
