Graduate of the Wajda School and Screenwriting at the PWSFTviT in Lodz. He is currently a student of Directing at the Lodz Film School. His debut film Julia at the Seaside premiered at the 60th Krakow Film Festival and was screened at many other festivals, including the New Horizons IFF and the Parnu Film Festival. It was also nominated for the Jan Machulski Award in the best documentary category. Currently, Mariusz Rusiński is developing his full-length feature film as part of the "Screenwriting Atelier" screenwriting course, and is also working on a short feature at the Film School in Lodz.
