Gerald Igor Hauzenberger (Austria)

Gerald Igor Hauzenberger was born 1968 in Alkoven in Austria. He studied Film, Drama & Arts in Berlin and Vienna. He is directing and producing films and also teaching at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and at the University of Applied Science in St. Pölten. His first feature Einst süße Heimat/ Beyond the Forest was shown in Rotterdam, Sheffield, Saarbrücken, Leipzig and in 20 other festivals and received several awards, e.g. FIPRESCI Award.
