Krzysztof Kowalski (Poland)

Born in 1971 in Malbork. He studied several faculties, including Polish philology at the University of Gdansk, the Universität Bonn German Foreign Language and photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He graduated the prestigious Camerimage Film School in Toruń. He is the author of many images for the production of documentaries, feature films and science. He worked as a cameraman on the film Black Thursday, co-projects with the Gdańsk visual artists, he also worked as a still photographer on film sets as well as a lighting technician at the theater. He co-created documentaries for television Planete. Winner of many awards and prizes. In addition, is involved in charitable educational activities. Repeatedly organizing photography workshops and film screenings for school-age children.
