Born in 1977 in Marseille where she studied Fine Arts, Flavie Pinatel is now an artist, filmmaker and DoP, based between Marseille and Aubervilliers. Her work has been shown notably at the Biennale de Lyon 2011, the BAL, the Galerie de l'École d'Architecture de La Villette, the CRAC in Sète, Vision du Réel (Nyon), FIDMarseille ... She has collaborated on a regular basis with Valérie Jouve, and she is also a director for Arte (Métropolis) and Canal Plus (Mensomadaire).
