António Caetano Faria was born in Portugal, 1981. He graduated from Lisbon School of Media Studies and Communication in 2006, majoring in Advertising and Marketing. From 2005 onwards he has created numerous short films, including “A espera” (Cologne Short-Cuts Festival 2005), “The Old Days”, (awarded in Macau's 48 Rush Hours Competition), and was selected with his short movie “Repérage” by the Macau International Film and Video Festival 2010. He has worked as a director, cameraman and editor for TV and Cinema productions and currently is based in Macau working at Icon Digital as a filmmaker. He is a dedicated and imaginative filmmaker. His work has a rich attention to detail with stunning cinematography.
