Studied film directing at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, Department of Film and Television, Vienna. Postgraduate studies at the New York University, Department of Film and Television . 2001-2008 lectures at the University of applied arts, Vienna. Member of the German film academy. Cooperation with Werner Herzog and Michael Haneke.
