Dayana is a young kid who lives with her grandmother and two brothers in the fields. She goes to school, walks her goats, helps in the house. She gets chosen to be the Queen of Spring for her school's coronation of the year. She gets a beautiful white dress, gets her hair done and attends the celebration, which is rather sad and strange in a way, and after the whole thing she just goes back to her life in the fields.
