Duration
12min

Artists contributing to the 1966 Modern Poetry Exhibition included HUANG Yong-song, HUANG Hua-cheng, CHANG Chao-tang and LONG Sih-liang; each artist chose their favorite modern poems and transformed them into imagery. The exhibition was originally slated to open at Taipei's bustling Ximending area, but was forced to relocate to the Fu Bell at National Taiwan University, and then to outside the NTU Student Activity Centre; it lasted only one afternoon. This film captures some of the exhibits, as well as the young artists, a time capsule of an event that is seeing the light of day 52 years after it was created.

This film is not currently online :(

But no worries. There are more just like it in our new programme.
