Bogdan Białek, journalist and accomplished psychologist, emerges to talk publicly about a massacre in which his townspeople took part in over 50 years before. With the fury he provokes, his town will be taken on a journey from denial of guilt, anger, conspiracy theories and family secrets to compassion and search for closeness with the families of the victims of the pogrom. The transformation of the community will come with a high personal price for Białek.
