In response to the rapidly changing social and political scene in the United States an experimental trilogy emerged in connection with the search for the conscience of the individual in a journey across the continent. The trilogy is titled Afflicted States, and in this, the second part in the trilogy, the Arizona desert becomes the memory place
of atomic explosions, as spectacular as the boundless consumerism that, in the filmmaker’s perspective, ultimately
leads only to the restriction of civil rights and to war.

Film will be available after festival screening from 25.10. 19:00
