One World 2020 continues...

"Not till a hot January." That's the motto for One World: International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival, which recently launched a new year of festivities in Prague on 5 March.

The festival was slowly gaining momentum, screening films on such hot topics as the Hong Kong protests. But then COVID-19 swept the nation and the Czech government adopted strict measures to combat the pandemic. Unfortunately for One World, this meant mass gatherings were effectively banned, forcing the festival to postpone. Fortunately for you, however, we’ve managed to work directly with the festival to bring you an exclusive selection of films that were unable to be screened at the event. Don’t miss the Oscar-nominated film Honeyland or other films on the climate crisis and how it will impact people on a local level.

Films found in this special programme will be available to stream until Sunday, March 22nd only. Each individual film is available to watch online for 59 CZK.
