In addition to his expertise in filmmaking, Jeissy has a strong affinity for other artistic domains, notably theatre and photography. His passion for experimentation has led him to explore various genres and cinematic forms, resulting in a diverse portfolio that encompasses fiction, documentaries, and experimental films.
He has actively participated in esteemed training programs and residencies, including Berlinale Talents, Doc Lisboa, Eurodoc Caribe, Premio Zavattini, and Castello Errante, where he has thrived in his role as a director.
Also, he has gained international exposure through his participation in prominent film festivals such as FIDMarseille, Ji.hlava, Huesca International Film Festival, Havana International Film Festival, and Dresden International Film Festival, among others.
