Morag is a multi-award winning director whose recent credits include the BAFTA Scotland award winning documentary I am Breathing. This moving film follows the final months of Neil Platt, a young father with terminal and debilitating motor neuron disease (MND). Morag’s talent for directing has seen her in demand across shorts, features and commercials and she’s running out of space on the mantelpiece for her awards!
Short film Home for Channel 4 won the BAFTA for Best Short Film and a number of international awards. As one of two directors, her TV drama Buried won the BAFTA for Best TV series and Morag’s feature Donkeys won a Scottish BAFTA for best film.
Most recently Morag filmed the award winning play The List starring Maureen Beattie for Stellar Quines Theatre Company.
In her spare time Morag has found time to direct numerous commercials, online campaigns and music promos for brands and clients ranging from Scotland on Sunday, Glasgow Film Theatre, Lanakshire Health Board’s HIV AIDS Awareness, BBC Scotland, Capitol Radio and Telewest.
