Graduated in Fine Arts- Painting by University of Porto, Master in Cinema by University of Beira Interior, PhD candidate in Artistic Studies / Film Studies at the University of Coimbra, Collaborating Researcher at CEIS20 (Centre of 20th Century Interdisciplinary Studies).
In cinematographic creation, approaches and explores the connection between Art and Cinema, focusing and investigating a universe of creation that transits between a Documentary and Experimental languages.
She currently develops academic research on authorship, intimacy and artistic creation in the documentary film in parallel with her own production and film creation while continuing to explore, develop and intervene in the universe of artistic creation and visual arts.
Since 2011 artistically collaborates with Pedro Sousa Raposo in the field of Cinema and Documentary Photography mainly in the Asia region.
