Alessandro Riconda (1991) started shooting videos for online video contests at the high school. His amateur videos won many international prizes and were shown all over the world. In 2008 he won a scholarship for a 15 months Digital Filmmaking course at SAE Institute and later attended many wokshops, including a master class with Jonathan Demme. In 2011 he joined a scriptwriting course at Scuola Holden (writing school by Alessandro Baricco) and continued his studies in writing at AIACE with the director Daniele Gaglianone. He’s currently studying Cinema and Media Engeneering at Politecnico di Torino. Shame and glasses is his first short movie as filmmaker.
